Groom
Our hours for dropoff begin at 8am and pickup can be done until 4pm Tuesday through Saturday. We are unable to give fixed prices over the phone but we can provide an estimate.
Excluded Breeds
At this time we are sorry to announce we are NOT accepting new clients for the following breeds. We are up to our capacity at this time.
American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Olde English Bulldog, Great Dane, Neapolitan Mastiff, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Husky, Shiba Inu, German Shepard, Samoyed, Doberman Pincer, Labrador over 50lbs, Catahoula Bulldog, Catahoula Leopard dog over 50lbs.

We will have unique retail items for purchase, in our beautiful boutique area.
Concierge
GROOM’s Policy for holding dogs 30 mins after they are finished with their grooming appointment is consider as boarding. WE DO NOT BOARD DOGS.
Parallel parking is allowed on Blair Mill Way off East-West Hwy near the bollards. You will see our Green/White sign.
You may walk down (Arts Alley) to the back entrance with your dog, 1 pet parent at a time. Pick up will be the same as drop off you will stand 6ft apart from other pet parents. The front entrance facing Georgia Avenue is closed due to Covid and will be closed until further notice. You will still be able to pay with our portable credit card machine.
